Among the many symbols of the pomegranate, that of fecundity is for me the most fascinating.

The lead line hanging over the pomegranate shifts our attention to the fruit, creating a tension between masculine and feminine. The disordered overflowing of words that fertilize communication like scattered seeds becomes thought. Beyond appearances, it invites us to consider the non-evident as a reference to the essence of things.

Legno multistrato trattato a marmorino, Vetro a cera persa, gesso.

Tra le molte simbologie della melagrana, quella della fecondità è per me la più affascinante.

Il filo piombo incombente sulla melagrana sposta la nostra attenzione sul frutto creando una tensione tra maschile e femminile. Il debordare disordinato delle parole che come semi sparsi fecondano la comunicazione diviene pensiero. Al dilà delle apparenze invita a considerare il non evidente come rinvio all'essenza delle cose.
